Which class is harder?
The classes cover the same material, but in different ways.
How much time is required for homework in the UW class?
Students report that first semester took about one hour per night, second semester took about 30 minutes per night.
When do I have to decide if I want to take it for college credit?
You have until late October to make the decision as to whether you want to earn college credit.
What if I decide later, I do not want college credit or a grade reported on my college transcript?
You have until a date in late June or the end of the high school year (whichever is first) to withdraw.
Can I take the UW class for just high school credit without registering for college credit?
Yes.
Can I take the regular precalculus class for college credit?
No.
Is there an option to take Calculus for college credit?
There is a proposal in place to offer Calculus for college credit during the 2019 - 2020 school year.
